Livestock Gestation Tracker (“the app”) is developed by Neobile LLC. This policy explains what happens to your data when you use the app.

The short version

The app does not collect your data. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking. Everything you enter stays on your device. The only online interaction is Apple’s own App Store purchase system.

What the app stores, and where

Your animal and breeding records (species, breeding dates, due dates, notes, outcomes) are stored locally in the app’s protected files and never uploaded.
Animal tags and names you type are labels for your own use; the app never asks for personal contact or location data.
Optional local reminders for approaching due dates are scheduled on-device; their text stays generic.
Settings (language, appearance, species defaults) are stored in standard app preferences on your device.

Purchases

Optional upgrades are processed entirely by Apple through your Apple Account. The app receives only Apple’s anonymous entitlement confirmation — never your name, payment details, or address. Your saved data stays readable even if an entitlement lapses.

What the app does NOT do

No account or sign-up of any kind.
No analytics, crash-reporting, or advertising SDKs, and therefore no App Tracking Transparency prompt.
No cloud sync — CloudKit is disabled.

Children

The app is a general-audience utility and is not directed at children.

Changes

If a future version changes how data is handled, this policy and the App Store privacy label will be updated first, before the change ships.
