My LoopCal Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

LoopCal (“the app”, listed on the App Store as My LoopCal) is developed by Neobile LLC. This policy explains what happens to data when you use LoopCal.

The short version

Your instruments and records stay on your device. There is no account, no advertising and no tracking. Instruments, ranges, calibration records, and company details stay on your device unless you share a PDF or a CSV file yourself. From version 1.3.1 the app can send anonymous usage statistics — counts of which screens and steps were used, with no identifier, no values and no names — and you can turn them off in Settings at any time (details below).

What stays on your device

Anonymous usage statistics

To learn where new users get stuck and which parts of the app are used, LoopCal 1.3.1 and later send small batches of usage counts to our own server. This is on by default and can be turned off at any time in Settings → “Share anonymous usage statistics”; turning it off also deletes any counts still waiting on the device.

Sale prices

When the purchase screen opens, the app may download the list of currently running sale prices from our server, so it can show a sale and its discount. The request carries no identifier and nothing about you or your country: the app downloads the whole list and picks your App Store country on the device.

Reminders

Optional calibration-due reminders use Apple’s local notification system and are scheduled entirely on your device. No reminder content is sent to any server.

Purchases

Optional upgrades are processed entirely by Apple through your Apple Account. LoopCal never sees your payment details. Subscriptions can be managed or canceled in your App Store account settings.
