Restoration Drying Calc Support
Does the calculator replace professional judgment?
No. It calculates and records values from the inputs you provide. Confirm readings, methods, safety decisions, and project requirements under your organization’s procedures.
Where are jobs and photos stored?
They stay in the app on your device. There is no Neobile account or cloud sync.
How do I export a report?
Open a job’s Report section, select the content to include, then generate a PDF or CSV and choose its destination in the iOS share sheet.
Why did a reminder not appear?
Open iOS Settings, confirm notifications are allowed for Restoration Drying Calc, and verify the reminder date has not passed.
How do I restore an upgrade?
Open the upgrade screen and choose Restore Purchases while using the Apple Account that made the purchase.
