Does the app interpret clinical data?
No. It records the observations you enter and calculates descriptive summaries. Use it under your supervisor’s direction and follow your organization’s requirements.
Where are sessions stored?
Records are encrypted and stored only on your device. There is no Neobile account or cloud sync.
What happens if the app is interrupted?
The active-session recovery feature restores the most recent local session state when you reopen the app.
How do I export data?
Open a completed session and choose PDF or CSV export. The file leaves the app only through the iOS share destination you select.
How do I restore an upgrade?
Open the upgrade screen and choose Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple Account used for the purchase.
