This Privacy Policy explains how Neobile LLC ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in our children's test-prep applications — Smart Tutor, CogAT Test Prep, and NNAT Test Prep (each, the "App"). These are study apps that help children in grades K–5 practice cognitive-ability questions, with accounts and purchases managed by a parent or guardian. This policy applies to all three Apps.

Built for children, protected by design

These Apps are made for children, and we have designed them to collect as little information as possible:

• No account is required. When the App opens, it creates an anonymous session so a child can practice right away without providing any name, email, or other personal information.
• A parental gate protects grown-up actions. Creating an account, signing in, making a purchase, and opening any external link are all placed behind a parental gate (a simple math challenge). A child cannot enter an email, create an account, or make a purchase without an adult.
• No advertising and no third-party tracking. The Apps contain no advertising, no behavioral or contextual ads, and no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. We do not track children across apps or websites, and we do not sell or share personal information.

Information we collect

• Anonymous session identifier. To save a child's practice progress, we use an anonymous identifier created by our authentication provider. It is not linked to a name, email, or real-world identity, and it is not used for advertising or tracking.
• Account information (only if a parent chooses to sign in). Signing in is optional and is only reachable after passing the parental gate. If a parent creates an account or signs in with Apple or Google, we collect the email address and a unique account identifier (and, if provided, a name) so progress can sync across devices.
• Practice activity. We store the practice data generated in the App — for example, the grade level and category practiced, the number of questions attempted, which questions were answered, the answers given, and scores — to show progress and parent reports.
• Subscription status. If a parent purchases a subscription, Apple processes the payment. We receive and store the subscription status (such as active or expired) and related identifiers from Apple to unlock features. We do not receive or store full payment card details.

How we use information

• To provide and operate the App and save practice progress.
• To generate progress tracking and parent reports.
• To manage subscriptions and unlock features (for parents who purchase).
• To maintain the security and reliability of the service and to respond to support requests.

Children's privacy (COPPA)

We comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not collect personal information from children: the App is fully usable through an anonymous session that contains no name, email, or contact details, and any feature that could collect personal information (creating an account, signing in, or making a purchase) is protected by a parental gate so that only an adult can complete it. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at the address below and we will delete it. A parent or guardian may review, request deletion of, or refuse further collection of their account's information by contacting us or by using Profile → Delete account in the App.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted infrastructure providers to operate the Apps. They process information only as needed to provide their services, and we do not use any third-party advertising or analytics services:

• Google Firebase — account authentication only (anonymous sessions and optional email / Apple / Google sign-in). We do not use Firebase advertising or analytics products.
• Apple — in-app purchases and subscription management.
• Vercel — application/server hosting.
• Neon — database hosting for account and practice data.

These providers maintain their own privacy policies governing how they handle data.

Data retention and your choices

We keep account and practice data for as long as the account is active. You can delete the account at any time from within the App (Profile → Delete account). Deleting the account permanently removes the account record, practice progress, and subscription record from our servers. Note that this does not cancel an active subscription — manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID settings — and does not remove information held by Apple regarding past purchases.

Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International users

We operate the App from the United States. If you use the App from another country, your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
