AI4Watch Support

Quick AI answers on your Apple Watch — and Quick Asks that start with one tap.

How do I ask a question?

Open AI4Watch and tap Ask. Say your question, or write it with your finger or the keyboard that watchOS offers. The answer arrives in a few seconds. AI4Watch needs Wi-Fi or cellular; it works without your iPhone nearby as long as the watch itself is online.

What are Quick Asks?

Quick Asks are ready-made requests you start with one tap: Explain, Reply, Convert, Sum Up, Decide and Ideas. Tap one and say what it is about — for example, tap Convert and say “350 degrees Fahrenheit in Celsius”.

How do I make my own Quick Ask?

On the home screen tap New Quick Ask. Give it a short name, say or type what the AI should do, pick an icon, and choose whether it should ask you for details each time. Without AI4Watch Pro you can keep one Quick Ask of your own; with Pro, twelve. You can edit, reorder or delete your own Quick Asks at any time.

How do I put a Quick Ask on my watch face?

Touch and hold the watch face, tap Edit, swipe to Complications, tap a slot and choose AI4Watch. You can pick Ask, any of the six built-in Quick Asks, or My Quick Ask.

My Quick Ask starts the Quick Ask you pinned in the app: open one of your own Quick Asks and tap Pin to watch face. The first Quick Ask you create is pinned automatically. On the watch face it is always labeled “My Quick Ask”, whichever one is pinned.

Follow-ups and Tell me more

Under an answer, tap a suggested follow-up or tap Follow up to ask your own. AI4Watch remembers the current topic, so “why?” or “make it shorter” works. A topic holds up to eight questions; after that, start a new topic.

Tell me more turns the latest answer into a longer one. It does not use one of your daily answers. Without AI4Watch Pro you can try it once; that answer is marked Sample.

How does the daily limit work?

You get 3 answers a day, or 40 a day with AI4Watch Pro. A follow-up counts as an answer. Tell me more does not, and neither does a request that failed or that you stopped. The home screen shows how many answers are left. The count resets at midnight, in your watch’s local time.

What does “AI4Watch is busy today” mean?

AI4Watch runs on a shared AI service with a fixed capacity. When that capacity is used up for the day — or when too many requests arrive in the same minute — you see a busy message. It does not use one of your answers and it has nothing to do with your plan: wait a little and try again.

Why did an answer fail?

Check that the watch is online (Wi-Fi or cellular) and tap Retry. If the message asks you to check the date and time, set the watch’s clock to automatic. And remember that AI can make mistakes: check important answers before you rely on them.

Read aloud and voices

Tap Read under an answer to hear it, and tap again to stop. In Settings, under Read aloud, choose the voice. AI4Watch picks a voice that matches the language of the answer; which voices are available depends on the voices installed on your watch. With AI4Watch Pro, answers can be read automatically.

Languages

The app comes in English, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese; change it in Settings under Language. Answers come in the language you ask in, whatever the app language is.

Where is my history?

Open History from the home screen to return to a topic. AI4Watch keeps your last 6 topics; tap Save on an answer to keep that topic from being replaced. With AI4Watch Pro the history is not limited. History stays on your watch and is never uploaded; Clear History deletes it.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open Settings in AI4Watch and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the Apple Account that bought the subscription.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

On Apple Watch: open the App Store, scroll down to Account and tap Subscriptions. On iPhone: Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. Subscriptions are managed by Apple; deleting the app does not cancel one.
