Alarm Pro (“the app”, listed as Alarm Pro: Calendar Alarms) is developed by Neobile LLC. This policy explains what happens to data when you use Alarm Pro.
Alarm Pro does not collect your data. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and the app makes no network requests. Your alarms, labels, settings, and imported screenshots stay on your device. The only online interaction is Apple’s own App Store purchase system.
Alarms are scheduled through Apple’s AlarmKit framework so they can ring reliably, including through Silent mode and Focus, after you grant alarm permission. Alarm times, labels, and repeat rules are stored only in the app’s private container on your device.
The optional “Import from Clock” feature reads screenshots you explicitly select from your photo library. Text recognition (OCR) runs entirely on your device via Apple’s Vision framework. The images are processed in memory, never stored by Alarm Pro, and never uploaded anywhere. Only the alarms you confirm on the review screen are saved.
If you turn on the calendar overlay, Alarm Pro asks for read access to your Apple Calendar and displays your events next to your alarms. Events are read on-device only, are never stored by Alarm Pro, and never leave your device. Alarm Pro never creates, edits, or deletes calendar events. You can revoke access at any time in iOS Settings.
The optional one-time purchase is processed entirely by Apple. Alarm Pro only receives Apple’s anonymous confirmation that the purchase is active; it never sees your payment details or Apple ID.
Everything Alarm Pro stores lives in the app’s private container on your device. Deleting the app deletes all of it. There is nothing to delete on any server, because nothing is ever sent to one.
Alarm Pro is a general-audience utility. It collects no data from anyone, including children.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new “last updated” date.
