Neobile LLC does not collect your client or studio data. The app has no account, advertising, analytics, or cross-app tracking.
Data stored on your device
The app stores the work orders, client contact details, garment notes, measurements, fitting schedules, payment notes, signatures, studio settings, and templates you enter in its local app container.
Sharing and backups
PDF work orders, calendar exports, and backup files are created only when you request them. They leave the app only through an Apple share sheet or destination you choose. Neobile does not receive a copy.
Reminders
If you allow notifications, the app schedules fitting and deadline reminders locally through Apple’s notification system. Neobile does not operate a notification server.
Purchases
Optional Studio Tools purchases are processed by Apple. The app receives an entitlement result but Neobile does not receive your payment card, billing address, or Apple Account credentials.
Retention and deletion
Your records remain until you delete them in the app or delete the app. Files you exported are controlled by the destination where you saved them.
Children
This professional business utility is not directed to children.
Changes
If the app’s data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy information will be updated before that change is released.
