My LoopCal Privacy Policy

LoopCal (“the app”, listed on the App Store as My LoopCal) is developed by Neobile LLC. This policy explains what happens
to data when you use LoopCal.
The short version
LoopCal does not collect your data. There is no account, no
analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and the app makes no network requests. Instruments,
ranges, calibration records, and company details stay on your device. The only online interaction
is Apple’s own App Store purchase system.
What stays on your device
- Instruments and ranges: tag numbers, descriptions, signal and engineering
ranges, transfer functions, and tolerances are stored in the app’s private storage on your
device.
- Calibration records: as-found and as-left runs, observed values, computed
errors, pass/fail results, and due dates never leave the device on their own.
- Company identity: the technician name, company name, and logo you may add to
worksheets are stored locally and used only to render your own PDF and CSV output.
- You control every export: PDF worksheets and CSV files are created only when
you ask for one, and leave the device only through the iOS share sheet you choose.
Reminders
Optional calibration-due reminders use Apple’s local notification system and are scheduled
entirely on your device. No reminder content is sent to any server.
Purchases
Optional upgrades are processed entirely by Apple through your Apple Account. LoopCal never sees
your payment details. Subscriptions can be managed or canceled in your App Store account settings.
What LoopCal never does
- No accounts, no sign-in, no cloud sync.
- No analytics or crash-reporting SDKs, no advertising, no tracking.
- No network requests of any kind from the app.
- No connection to, control of, or reading from a physical calibrator, transmitter, PLC, or any
other hardware.
