Delete your NNAT Test Prep account and data

You can delete the NNAT Test Prep account and its data in the app or ask us by e-mail.

In the app

1. Open the parents’ area and answer the parental gate.
2. Open Family account and choose Delete account. You may be asked to sign in once more.
3. Without a family account, choose Delete this app’s data instead: it removes what our server holds for this installation.

By e-mail

Write to nanosoftapp@gmail.com from the e-mail address of the account, with the subject “Delete my NNAT Test Prep account”. We delete the records within 30 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

• NNAT Test Prep’s records on our server: the practice history, the membership records and the link between your purchases and the account.
• The sign-in itself, unless you use the same sign-in in another of our apps — that app keeps its own data and its sign-in. For Apple sign-in we also revoke the app’s authorization with Apple when the sign-in is deleted.
• What is kept: a one-way code of the deleted account for up to 400 days, so a device that is still signed in from before cannot bring the data back. History on your own device stays until you delete it there or remove the app.
• Not deleted by us: subscriptions keep renewing until you cancel them in the store where you bought them, and the store keeps its own billing records.

Eliminar tu cuenta

En la app: área de padres (detrás del control parental) → Cuenta familiar → Eliminar cuenta; sin cuenta, Eliminar los datos de esta app. También puedes escribir a nanosoftapp@gmail.com desde el correo de la cuenta. Se borran los datos de NNAT Test Prep en nuestro servidor (historial, membresía y vínculo con las compras), y el inicio de sesión salvo que lo uses en otra de nuestras apps. Las suscripciones siguen renovándose hasta que las canceles en la tienda donde las compraste.
