Learner nicknames, grades, responses, and practice history are saved on your device. Neobile does not receive them. Device backups may contain local app data if you enable Apple backups. The app has no account, advertising, tracking, remote AI, or developer analytics.
English question audio is bundled. A device speech voice may be used as a fallback. The app never records the microphone.
Apple processes purchases and provides verified entitlement information through StoreKit. Neobile does not receive payment-card details. Apple services are governed by Apple's privacy policy.
Parents may export a practice summary using the system share sheet. Open Parents → Reset local practice to delete learners and history from the app, including its recovery copy. Deleting local practice does not cancel purchases. Manage purchases in Apple account settings.
Purchase controls, external links, and sharing are inside the parent area. Do not send a child's sensitive information when contacting support. Email nanosoftapp@gmail.com with any privacy request.
