StrandQuote Privacy Policy

StrandQuote (“the app”) is developed by Neobile LLC. This policy explains what happens to your data when you use StrandQuote.

The short version

StrandQuote does not collect your data. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and the app makes no network requests. Everything you enter — product prices, client quotes, client labels, consumable costs, and your business identity — stays on your device. The only online interaction is Apple’s own App Store purchase system.

What StrandQuote stores, and where

Products, consumables, service templates, and saved client quotes are stored locally on your device in the app’s private database. They are never uploaded anywhere.
Client labels: the quote form asks only for a first name or initials. StrandQuote never requests access to your Contacts.
Business identity (name, optional logo, contact line for PDFs) is stored locally and appears only on documents you generate.
PDF exports are created only when you ask for one and leave the device only through the iOS share sheet you choose. Temporary export files use complete file protection and are removed after sharing.
Settings (currency, defaults, language) are stored in the standard app preferences on your device.

Purchases

Optional saved-workflow upgrades are processed entirely by Apple through your Apple Account. StrandQuote receives only Apple’s anonymous entitlement confirmation — never your name, payment details, or address.

What StrandQuote does NOT do

No account or sign-up of any kind.
No analytics, crash reporting, or advertising SDKs.
No ads, and therefore no App Tracking Transparency prompt.
No camera, location, or contacts access.
No cloud sync — CloudKit is disabled.
No data is sold, rented, or shared with third parties — there is no data to share.

Children’s privacy

StrandQuote is a professional pricing tool for hair-extension stylists. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children, because it does not collect data at all.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same URL with a new “Last updated” date.

StrandQuote no recopila tus datos. No hay cuenta, ni analítica, ni publicidad, ni rastreo, y la app no realiza conexiones de red. Todo lo que introduces — precios de productos, presupuestos, nombres de clientes y la identidad de tu negocio — permanece en tu dispositivo.
