Alarm Pro: Calendar Alarms · by Neobile LLC
Frequently asked questions
- Why isn’t my alarm ringing? Open Settings inside Alarm Pro and check
the readiness card at the top. The usual cause is alarm permission: Alarm Pro schedules real
system alarms through Apple’s AlarmKit, and iOS requires your one-time permission before
any alarm can sound. The in-app “test alarm” rings five seconds later so you can
verify everything end to end.
- Do alarms ring in Silent mode or during a Focus? Yes — once alarm
permission is granted, alarms are prominent system alerts that sound through Silent and Focus,
just like Apple’s own Clock alarms.
- How do I set an alarm for every 2 weeks / every month / one date? Add an
alarm, tap Repeat, and choose Every 2 Weeks, Every Month, or Specific Date. Biweekly alarms
keep their week parity from the day you save them.
- How does Import from Clock work? Take screenshots of your alarm list in
Apple’s Clock app, then choose Import from Clock in Alarm Pro and select them. The
screenshots are read on your device — nothing is uploaded — and you review every
detected alarm before anything is saved. Alarms that were off in Clock import paused, and
duplicates are skipped.
- Why don’t I see my calendar events? The calendar overlay is
optional. Turn it on in Settings and grant read access when iOS asks. Alarm Pro shows events
beside your alarms but never modifies your calendar.
- An expired one-time alarm shows its toggle off — why? A one-time
alarm whose moment has passed cannot ring again, so Alarm Pro shows it as off instead of
pretending it is armed. Flip the toggle back on and it re-arms for the next sensible time.
- Restore purchases: Settings → Restore Purchases after reinstalling
or switching devices.
