This Privacy Policy explains how Neobile LLC ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the NNAT Test Prep mobile application (the "App"). The App is a study tool that helps parents and guardians prepare children for nonverbal reasoning practice. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

Who the App is for

The App is intended to be set up and used by a parent, guardian, or other adult (18 years of age or older). Accounts are created and managed by adults. The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address.
• Practice data. We store your practice activity (such as questions attempted, scores, and progress) so the App can show your history and reports.
• Subscription status. We store a record of whether your account has an active subscription, so premium features can be unlocked. Payment is processed by Apple; we do not receive or store your payment card details.

How we use information

• To provide the App's core features: signing in, delivering practice questions, and saving your progress.
• To unlock premium features for subscribers and to verify subscription status with Apple.
• To respond to support requests and maintain the security and reliability of the service.

Service providers

We use trusted third parties to operate the App: Google Firebase for account sign-in, a cloud database and hosting provider to store practice and account data, and Apple for subscription billing and verification. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

Children's privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Data retention and your choices

We keep your account and practice data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from within the App (Profile → Delete account). Deleting your account permanently removes your account record, practice progress, and subscription record from our servers. Note that this does not cancel an active subscription — manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings — and does not remove information held by Apple regarding past purchases.

Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International users

We operate the App from the United States. If you use the App from another country, your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
