I already purchased. How do I restore access?
Open Profile → Restore Purchases while using the Apple Account that made the purchase. Complete the parental gate and allow the app to reconnect. If access still does not appear, contact us.
Where is my earlier practice?
Open Progress. Version 1.3 keeps old question records and original answers for historical review. Earlier details stored on this device can be brought into your current account with “Import earlier practice from this device.” This action is parent-gated. If only a score was saved, the app shows a session summary.
Can my child practice offline?
Version 1.3 includes the question bank on the device and saves unfinished practice. Completed sessions sync after you reconnect. Parent-managed sign-in lets you access synced progress on another device.
How do I manage a purchase or delete my data?
Use Profile to restore purchases, open Apple’s subscription management or delete a signed-in account. You can also clear NNAT session history from Progress. For guest-data requests or other help, contact us at the email above. Apple manages billing; deleting app data does not cancel an Apple subscription.
